3 Tier 21st BIrthday Cake

Mixing shapes, colours and textures on a cake can help achieve a contemporary feel and really wow your guests, here I've added a square bottom tier for little more impact.

The colours in this design works so well, with the sparkling white edible sequins on the middle tier breaking up the metallic pinks of the top and bottom tiers.

I used a contemporary white 1920s' style stencil over the pink bottom tier to pull the two colours together, and added some extra texture with a white drip trickling over the edges.

Hand crafted spring flowers finish the cake perfectly and include pale pink Juliet roses, Ranunculus and white freesias.
