This beautiful 4 tier cake was made for a Boho style wedding as a surprise gift.
The top tall tier was given a lovely texture and an extra special feel with layers and layers of fondant pearls.

The 3rd tier was cover in a plain but clean looking white fondant to emphasize the fresh flowers sitting on top of the crate.
Did I say crate, I should have said cake, because the bottom tier was actually a yummy lemon and fresh raspberry sponge decorated to look like a crate.
A heart shaped wreath to match the brides bouquet finished look, with handmade lavender and gypsophila sugar flowers.
