There are so many beautiful wedding cake designs its mind blowing, from clean sharp edges to frills ruffles and sugar flowers.
Of course you want the perfect cake to compliment your personalities as a couple & the event as a whole, so the most important thing is that you love it, I am happy to help you achieve that.
My standard cakes are usually 3 layers deep and approximately 4 - 5 inches high. However if you are looking for something different mixing up the heights of the tiers as well as the decoration can really add to the whole effect, wowing you and your guests.
Extra tall tiers really add drama to a wedding cake, the 3 tier Daisy design is a great example of this style cake.
For something really tasty and different add a shallow tiers to your cake, like the gold sequinned tier in the red ruffle and roses cake. Not only does it add to the design but can be filled with a tasty alternative to a sponge. A single layer of sponge sitting on top of a brownie layer covered in a delicious ganache before decorating with fondant, so tasty a real treat for your guests.
Handmade wedding figurines are fantastic way to personalise your cake even further, you can even add a beloved pet or two, as you can see I am proficient in modelling figures.
This is great opportunity to have a friendly chat about the design, taste and size of your cake whilst enjoying some yummy cake samples and a complimentary glass of prosecco, tea or coffee.
