Alteration & Changes to your order

If requested, I will when possible do my best to accommodate any changes to your design, but sometimes this is not possible dependant on notice given and the nature of the changes. An additional charge may be required and added to you final fee, altering the balance due.

Please remember whilst a consistent standard is always maintained each cake is made individually by hand, so by the nature of the product some small variation may occur from the design requested.

Each cake will always be produced to look and taste the very best possible.

Cake can be effected by a number of circumstances beyond our control, weather humidity and temperature and on some very rare occasions some adjustments to design and recipe may be necessary.

I can advise you of the best storage options, but I can not be held responsible for possible sweating or melting of cake, due to means of storage or environmental temperatures at your home or venue.

Your cake and decorations will have been made by hand and therefore are very delicate items, and I cannot accept responsibility for damage that is done to the cake after collection or delivery.

However if any damage is sustained please do contact me, I will always try my best to help either with advice or if I am available, to repair the cake personally, dependant on the circumstances this may be chargeable.

In the unlikely event you have any concerns about your cake, please let me know upon collection or delivery so that I have the opportunity to rectify it in time for your event.

Refunds are at the discretion of Juliettes’ Cake Ltd
